All wine shipments are via FedEx Ground and an adult signature is required upon delivery. We recommend that you have your wine shipped to a daytime address (business or home office) if possible. If your state is not an option in the drop-down menu of our shopping cart page, we are unable to ship wine to you at this time.
In addition to FedEx requiring adult signature at the time of delivery, verification of age is also required when making your purchase through our online store. We have an age validation service running on the website which uses your name and address to verify your age. If that service is unable to verify that you are over 21, we will require a copy of your state id or drivers license, which we will request via email or fax. If we cannot verify your age via one of these methods, we are unable to ship wine to you.
We typically ship all orders on the Monday following your order. This helps avoid extreme temperatures while in transit, and ensures that the wine arrives to you in the best condition possible. In the event of extreme weather, we reserve the right to hold your shipment until more favorable conditions exist.
